The Contractor shall perform inspection, testing, maintenance, and service of the Cemetery’s Fire Sprinkler System, according to applicable standards. Inspection and testing shall include every applicable test prescribed by, and shall be performed on the intervals required by, the applicable codes and standards. In instances where the results of the inspections and testings are not 100% PASS, the Contractor must notify the Contract Manager or designee of the deficiency(ies) in the inspection and testing report. All work performed and parts required that relate to correcting the deficiencies will require advance written approval from the Contract Manager prior to work being started. Services shall occur on the following intervals: 1. Annually 2. Five-Year a. The Contractor shall provide five-year sprinkler testing and inspection within one (1) month of being awarded this contract. All subsequent quarterly and annual service dates will be set accordingly after the initial five-year testing. b.
