The successful bidder will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, labor, and materials to carry out comprehensive tree and debris removal services during storm events. This includes the removal of downed trees, branches, and other debris from public roads, sidewalks, easements, right of ways, and utility areas, as well as the clearance of vegetation obstructing PWC utility lines, access roads, easements, right of ways, or other essential infrastructure. The successful bidder will also manage the grinding and removal of tree stumps on designated public property, ensuring they are ground to a minimum depth of six inches below ground level, with backfilling of the site using soil or mulch as required. Additionally, the successful bidder will remove hazardous trees damaged by storms, especially those posing risks to utility infrastructure, roadways, easements, right of ways, or public spaces. Coordination with PWC representatives is required for all emergency removals in high-risk zones to ensure effective resolution.
