8.1 Products: • One hundred forty-four (144) Gas Powered Golf Cars to be delivered to the locations specified below. 8.2 Delivery Locations: • Seventy-two (72) Gas Powered Golf Cars for Benson Golf Course, 5333 N 12nd Street, Omaha, NE 68134 • Seventy-two (72) Gas Powered Golf Cars for Knolls Golf Course, 11630 Sahler Street, Omaha, NE 68164 8.3 Golf Car Performance Requirements: • All Golf Cars provided under this lease are to be the newest models under current production that conform to the equipment specifications contained herein: • Golf Cars shall be EzGo/Textron, Club Car/Ingersoll, Yamaha, or essentially the same in reliability and performance. • Tops must be installed and the Car must be fully assembled upon delivery. 8.4 Full Service Maintenance & Repair: The bidder is responsible for all warranty repairs, including all labor, travel expenses, freight, materials, supplies and items necessary for the repairs, maintenance and operation of the cars (except gasoline) for the life of the lease. • Annually, the bidder will completely service each golf car, including oil changes, at no additional charge to insure vehicle is in proper working order for the upcoming season. • Bidder shall be responsible for providing competent and experienced service personnel. • If bidder cannot repair a car at the golf course within twenty-four (24) hours, the car must be replaced by the bidder with a loaner car within twenty-four (24) hours. • Loaner cars shall be newer in like-new condition and like the leased cars.
