Offices/Office Area/Common Areas/Meeting Rooms Schedule AV Equipment Dust or clean electronic equipment including computers, TVs, audio equipment, keyboards, monitors, phones, projectors and copy machines following manufacturers recommendations 3x Week Desk Dusting Feather dust available surface area only to not disturb paperwork and personal property 3x Week Routine Dusting Routine dusting will be performed on all unobstructed horizontal surfaces between 3' and 8' of height; personal items will not be moved or disturbed 3x Week Spot Clean Glass Spot clean interior windows, door glass and partition glass using microfiber cloths or paper towels leaving glass free of splash, smudges and streaks 3x Week Tables & Counters Wipe tables and counters to remove all debris or smudges, bus dishes to designated area, discard any trash 3x Week Trash & Recycling Empty and remove trash and recycling keep separate and deposit into appropriate disposal containers; replace can liners as needed 3x Week Paper Shredders Empty shredder and deposit in trash 3x Week Seating Wipe or vacuum couches, recliners, loveseats, benches and chairs. 3x Week Doors Wipe doors, doors knobs, kick plates, push plates, and frames 1x Week High Dusting The following surfaces shall be dusted below 12 feet of height: ledges, architectural details, light fixtures 1x Month and diffusers, exit signs, remove cobwebs and vacuum air intakes Air Vents & Fans Remove dust from ceiling fans, air returns and vents 1x Month Walls Spot clean walls, light switches, and electrical outlets to remove smudges and scuff marks Bi-Monthly Restrooms Mirrors Clean from top to bottom using microfiber cloths or paper towels leaving glass free of splash, smudges and streaks 3x Week Restroom Dusting Dust the top of partitions, dispensers, wainscot, baseboards, lights, mirrors, and remove dust from air vents 3x Week RR Countertops Clean countertops and backsplashes 3x Week
