1. Electrical Work 1.1 Electrical Service • Provide and install a 400-amp, three-phase electrical service. • Service length based on 300 linear feet. Additional length shall be addressed by approved change order. • Service equipment shall be installed on the east side of the building and rack-mounted adjacent to the structure. 1.2 Distribution Panels Provide and install panels complete with breakers per approved panel schedules: • 100A Outdoor Subpanel – Pool Equipment o Mounted on a concrete pole. o Pool equipment circuit connections excluded. o Circuit length assumed at 50 feet from service equipment. • 100A Outdoor Subpanel – West Side of Building • 200A Indoor Subpanel o Dedicated to serving the new building. • 200A Outdoor Distribution Panel o Feeds the pool equipment subpanel, west-side subpanel, and a future watch tower. 1.3 Receptacles • Install six (6) outdoor-rated GFCI receptacles adjacent to the west-side outdoor subpanel. 1.4 Lighting Provide a complete lighting system including: • Interior recessed lighting • Exterior wall-mounted lighting • Emergency lighting
