BULK GASOLINE AND DIESEL FUEL FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2026 For TRANSPORTATION AREA 3 - Mansfield Maintenance Shop TRANSPORTATION AREA 3 - Bridgeport Maintenance Shop Furnish to Douglas County Transportation Department the following bulk fuel types in the vicinities Bridgeport, WA and Mansfield, WA for access via a cardlock system: 1) Unleaded 87 octane gasoline 2) Ultra-low sulfur #1 undyed (clear) diesel fuel 3) Ultra-low sulfur #2 undyed (clear) diesel fuel The supplier is ultimately responsible for maintaining adequate quantities of fuel at designated storage locations near both Bridgeport, WA and Mansfield WA from which the County can access and receive fuel as needed by use ofa cardlock access system. Prices quoted shall include all costs for delivery of fuel to the designated storage locations and any associated storage costs. The purchaser will not have ownership of the product until it is obtained by the Douglas County user from the storage location. Douglas County estimates the 2026 fuel consumption for Area 3 as follows: Unleaded gasoline (87 octane) Ultra-low sulfur #1 diesel Ultra-low sulfur #2 diesel 15,000 gallons 5,000 gallons 20,000 gallons Douglas County reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of any or all bulk fuel listed without adjustment to the bid prices provided herein. Accordingly, Section 1-04.6 of the Standard Specifications is not applicable to this contract
