The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is for the City of Naples to obtain prices from qualified underground utility, paving, and drainage contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to demo and replace approximately 930 linear feet of alleyway, install approximately 525 linear feet of 18” storm sewer including catch basins, replace existing utilities with approximately 971 linear feet of an 8” water main, a fire hydrant, replace sanitary sewer laterals, including all appurtenances, roadway restoration, etc. for the reconstruction of the alleyway located between Central Avenue and 1st Avenue North from Gulfshore Blvd to 3rd Street North, Naples, FL in accordance with the plans as specified.
