Through these community services and related activities, the SCSEP enhances the skills and abilities of participants, increases their employability, develops appropriate job opportunities, and places them in unsubsidized employment after the completion of community-service assignments. The program and services must be provided in accordance with current federal regulations implementing Title V of the Older Americans Act (OAA) Amendments 2016, Pub.
