The vendor must meet the following requirements applicable to the goods/services: Contractor/Vendor is to have experience with similar job scopes. Firm must have been in business under the current name and/or “doing business as” for the past five (5) year period. Ownership or management that has provided services for at least 15 years. Proof of at least 150 years of combined employee roofing experience. References of 100 buildings for which it is currently providing roof maintenance. Ability to provide roofing software solution with customer portals access that meets the requirement of the Scope of Work (Exhibit C). Provide evidence of performance inspection and post-cleaning inspection processes that are appropriate for the Scope of Work (Exhibit C). Experience working with a governmental agency. Experience managing and administrating contracts that require Washington State Prevailing Wage rates. Experience in alternative dispute resolution practices. Acceptable ratio of working supervisors to employees. Acceptable ratio of project managers/non-working supervisors to workers. Performance inspection and post-cleaning inspection processes (if applicable). At least three (3) client references of similar scope, including name and phone numbers from current or on-going contracts, or contracts completed within the last three (3) years. The Contractor/Vendor shall provide services per the Scope of Work. Ability to provide updated roster of all key personnel. Is in good standing with the Better Business Bureau and/or the Department of Labor & Industries. Complete and submit Exhibit D (Affidavit of Non-Collusion), Exhibit E (Vendor Submission-Contractor Information Form), and Exhibit F (Vendor Submission-Certification of Compliance with Wage Payment Statutes).
