The successful proposer will be responsible for: - Residential Collection: Weekly curbside collection of refuse from all residential units in the service area. - Containers: Provide one roll-off reusable container (minimum 90 gallons) per residential unit. Additional containers may be provided for an extra fee. - Service Area: All unincorporated areas of Brooks County. - Special Services: Accommodations for disabled residents unable to place containers curbside. - Compliance: Adherence to all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances. - Customer Service: Maintain a local phone number for complaints and resolve issues within three (3) business days. - Additional Services: Provide roll-off containers at both Brooks County drop-off locations. One container minimum for white goods (metal) and one container minimum for brown goods (Wood – not yard debris). Other containers for household garbage and standard yard debris. County will call for these pick-ups as needed.
