KCI Technologies, Inc. (KCI) and our subconsultants including Alfred Benesch & Company Inc., NTM Engineering, Inc., and Prime AE Group, Inc. (herein collectively referred to as KCI), have been contracted by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PENNDOT) to perform NBIS inspection of various bridges in 2026, throughout Districts 4, 5, and 8. The bridges or portions of the bridges carries state routes over Norfolk Southern Railroad. The contract for ‘Non-Professional Services for PennDOT Bridge Inspections (Various Locations) ECMS No. E05998’ will be awarded as described below. Non-professional services include the use of under bridge inspection access inspection support services and maintenance and protection of traffic (MPT) during inspections. Proper operation and maintenance of all equipment and vehicles per manufacturer specifications is required. Workdays may not be consecutive and will be subject to weather conditions
