The Central Midlands Regional Transit Authority (CMRTA) is a regional transportation authority formed by Richland County, City of Columbia, and Lexington County on April 24, 2000, by the Central Midlands Council of Governments. CMRTA is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified firms to serve as an Information Technology Managed Services Provider (MSP). Offerors shall have extensive experience managing an outsourced IT platform for small organizations. Offerors must have expertise in MS Office, ArcGIS and Share File. Providers must have proven track records of managing cloud environments. Provider must have an immediate response for technical support during regular business hours and must be available to come on-site within 24 hours.
