Tank and Fittings 5.1.1 Tank shall conform to the requirements of ANSI C57.12.10. 5.1.2 The tank cover shall be designed to shed water. 5.1.3 The tank cover and tank external features shall be designed to prevent water collection. 5.1.4 The top of the main tank and LTC shall be provided with a skid resistant coating. This shall also include the arrester brackets and any additional surface that could be used for stepping or standing. 5.1.5 All manhole covers, manholes, handhole covers, and handholes shall have raised flanges with a minimum height of 3/4 inch and be the same outer diameter as the covers with the following additional requirements: a. Manhole covers, access plates, etc. shall be circular and a minimum of twentyfour (24) inches in diameter. Handholes shall be a minimum of nine (9) inches in diameter
