Contractor’s Full Business Name (to be completed by the DMV), hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to install, reconfigure, repair, lift, adjust, disassemble, palletize, inventory, store and transport new, existing, and surplus freestanding modular systems furniture (MSF) components manufactured by California Correctional Training Rehabilitation Authority (CALCTRA, formerly Prison Industry Authority [PIA]), AllSteel, Aspects, and Haworth and required MSF work for the term of this Agreement. This Agreement excludes installing, reconfiguring, repairing, adjusting, disassembling, and transporting new, existing, and surplus non-freestanding MSF components that require seismic bracing per the California Building Code. This Agreement also excludes installing electrical wire and network cabling to and through MSF components. The Contractor shall not bolt, secure, mount, affix, un-bolt, un-secure, un-mount, or un-affix MSF components to/from the floor, ceiling, walls, or any other structural members under this Agreement. The DMV does not guarantee a minimum or maximum use of this Agreement.
