1. Successful vendor shall follow all criteria of Chapter 50, Florida Statutes (see Attachment 1). A signed Mandatory Acknowledgement Form should be submitted with the bid submittal. 2. Successful vendor shall designate one person to coordinate with the Tax Collector’s Office. 3. Proofs to be verified by personnel of the Tax Collector’s Office prior to publication. Format shall follow section 197.402, Florida Statutes (see Attachment 2) and Rule 12D-13.036, Florida Administrative Code (see Attachment 3). 4. Affidavit/proof of publication shall be submitted after each issue in accordance with Chapter 50, Florida Statutes (see Attachment 1). 5. The delinquent tangible personal property listing is published once within 45 days of April 1. It will require approximately 20,000 lines of advertising and 4,000 accounts. Real estate properties which are delinquent must be advertised once each week for three consecutive weeks during the month of May. It will require approximately 220,000 lines of advertising and 32,000 parcels. Estimated lines of advertising and parcels are based on last year’s actual amounts. 6. Delinquent advertising must be published in a minimum of 1,200 issues within the boundaries of Polk County. 7. Thirty (30) copies of delinquent real estate advertising and fifteen (15) copies of delinquent personal property advertising to be delivered to the Tax Collector’s Main Office prior to the date of first publication.
