The Town will have smartphone/remote control and provide commercial level access: App & Website Interface Open/Close Event Notifications & Scenes Mobile & Website User Code Management System will communicate to the Public Safety Building with cellular reporting. All new devices will maintain a one-year warranty. Access Control System: The company will install an access control system with pin pad, preferably with key fob/card option on a total of 18 doors with two separate zones (PD and FD): Features: Lock, Unlock & "Buzz Open" Doors from Anywhere Intuitive User, Card & Permissions Management Enterprise Access Control for Multi-Site Management Automated Lock/Unlock Rules & Schedules Scene Control (e.g., Lock all doors) Unexpected Activity Alerts (access events only) Cameras: The company will consult with the Town to determine the optimal locations and number of cameras needed to meet the Town’s security needs. The company will install cameras with new wiring that will provide camera recordings and remote access. The cameras will be in two separate zones (PD and FD), with some cameras having dual access.
