The project work includes the construcfion of concrete sidewalks and concrete handicapped ramps with railings. Also included is the installafion of precast concrete stairs with railings, the removal of exisfing bituminous concrete, installation/relocafion of chain link fence. Also included is the construcfion of a new concrete building pad and installafion of a town-supplied prefabricated building. Other miscellaneous site work includes installation of fill, grading and seeding for turf restoration and new pavement markings. The work described above includes furnishing and installing all materials into the project as well as performing or providing all labor, supervision, equipment and services unless otherwise noted within the bid documents.
