The City of Fort Myers ("City") on behalf of LARC, Inc. is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified design professional firms ("Consultant) to provide architectural and engineering services for the expansion and improvements to the Main Campus facilities located at 2570 Hanson Street in Fort Myers, Florida. The City is administering the procurement and solicitation process on behalf of LARC, Inc. in accordance with the Subgrantee Agreement between the City and LARC, Inc. 1.1.1.1. The selected architectural firm shall be responsible for knowledge and compliance with all related local, state and federal codes and regulations. 1.1.1.2. The selected architectural firm shall be registered in the State of Florida and hold all State, Federal and County/City licenses required to perform the services required by this request. This Consultant shall ensure compliance with all laws, rules, codes, ordinances, and licensing requirements that are applicable to the conduct of its business, including those of federal, state, and local agencies having jurisdiction and authority.
