UW Medicine is seeking to establish a contract with a qualified and experienced Bidder(s) to collaborate, standardize and provide high quality Orthopedic Trauma Implants and Instrumentation for the surgical treatments of UW Medicine patients. As the pre-eminent academic medical center and only Level 1 Trauma Center in the region and as a national leader in biomedical research, UW Medicine places special emphasis on educating and training physicians, scientists, and allied health professionals dedicated to two distinct goals: Meeting the health care needs of our region, especially by recognizing the importance of primary care and providing service to underserved populations; Advancing knowledge; assuming leadership in the biomedical sciences and in academic medicine. UW Medicine may, at its sole discretion, review and assess the need to refresh the Vendor Pools periodically. Purchase orders will be placed on an as needed basis. For secondary contracts, no contract volume is guaranteed
