A.Serve as the Owner’s representative throughout all phases of project execution and coordination. B.Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout. C.Ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory and funding requirements (EPA, WIFIA, ARPA, etc.). D.Oversee and track project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and reporting obligations. E.Provide technical guidance, review, and professional engineering support to CWR staff and project partners. F.Coordinate among contractors, consulting engineers, funding agencies, and other key stakeholders. G.Assist in procurement documentation, contract administration, and project reporting as required under funding agreements.
