The contractor will furnish the State Fair equipment and services for the main concerts held at the grandstand during the South Dakota State Fair. The final schedule for the equipment and services will be determined by the final dates and times of performances negotiated with entertainers. 3.2.2 Concert sound, lighting, and spotlights which must be of the finest quality and shall consist of state-of-the-art technology in good working order. A minimum specification of sound and light equipment is attached. 3.2.3 The sound and lighting equipment shall be subject to approval of the contracted artist or artists appearing at the grandstand and must meet the requirements on artist’s contract with the fair and include sound and lighting equipment as demanded by the artist. Such items will be subject to negotiation between the artist and the fair and the contractor should the services be above and beyond that are called for in the agreement and necessary for an artist or show.
