Lot A: Drug Machine Equipment, installation & training, integration into Instinct EMR, shipping and tariff charges (if applicable). General specs: • Lease period shall be guaranteed for 3 years, with the option to renew years 4 & 5. Entire lease period shall not exceed a total of 5 years. • All equipment shall be veterinary units and integrate with Instinct EMR. All offers must provide proof of an active native bi-directional integration partnership. In a written quotation, all Offerors shall outline their demo training to be provided. Estimated time for training is currently envisioned for Spring 2026. Offeror must be able to provide additional future tiered training as the CVM team and students grow in size. • All Offerors shall provide pricing for the yearly lease cost for the use of the equipment. • Items and item specifications can be found in “Attachment A – Price Worksheet”. All items in Lot A must be priced. • Enter your total price as calculated by the price worksheet into the online bid event in the space provided for Lot A.
