Vendor must be HHS/SAMHSA certified. Vendor will provide forensic laboratory urinalysis and oral fluid testing. Screening for the presence of controlled substances and or attempted adulteration of the specimen. Confirmations of positive screenings as requested by Probation Services will be via Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry. Vendor will provide all supplies and shipping costs. Vendor will provide timely testing results for both positive and negative specimens and provide statistical reports as designated and requested by Probation Services. CERTIFICATION, STANDARDS & SAFETY Vendor must be a minimum HHS/SAMHSA certified. TRAINING In-service training sessions must be offered to all Probation Service employees. Subject areas covered should relate to relevant aspects of Drug testing practices (proper collection techniques, chain of custody, adulteration and result interpretation).
