The Douglasville – Douglas County Water and Sewer Authority (hereafter referred to as the “Authority”) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified janitorial/cleaning companies for janitorial services at the Authority’ campus, located at 8763 Hospital Drive, Douglasville, Georgia 30134, for a two (2) year period from March 1, 2026 to February 29, 2028. The campus includes two connected buildings containing approximately 30,000 SF with two floors and consists of offices, cubicles, administrative areas, break room, conference rooms, community room, and restrooms. The hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, and the facility must be cleaned during non-operating hours. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, cleaning solutions, materials, supervision, and other items necessary to perform janitorial/cleaning services as defined in this solicitation.
