A. The Contractor must provide janitorial services to the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare (Department) offices located at 216 South C Street, Grangeville, Idaho 83530, as specified in this Scope of Work and in accordance with accepted janitorial standards. The office is five thousand nine hundred and sixty (5960) square feet. The Contractor must: 1. Be responsible for developing the most efficient methods of cleaning and maintaining an overall appearance of cleanliness and must adapt as needed, to optimize results. 2. Furnish all labor, cleaning supplies, personal protective equipment, and cleaning equipment necessary to provide the janitorial services outlined in this Scope of Work. 3. Identify an on-site supervisor for any crew that is assigned to perform services. 4. Provide services between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. Pacific Time, at the frequencies outlined throughout this Scope of Work (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly, etc.). Exceptions must be approved by mutual agreement between the Contractor and the Department in advance. a. When Department offices are closed during regular business hours or in observance of a State Holiday the Contractor must provide the services scheduled for that day, on the next open business day. i. Be responsible for following Department pandemic/epidemic safety guidelines, and procedural safeguards according to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Hazard Communication Standard: Safety Data Sheets (SDS). (https://www.osha.gov/Publications/OSHA3514.html) 6. Not duplicate keys provided by the Department and must safeguard all keys and/or key cards issued to them. 7. Be responsible for ensuring the security and protection of Department data and assets. 8. Ensure the facility is secured while on-site performing work and checked again when leaving the site. B. If the Contractor fails to perform as required, the Contractor may be disqualified from participating in the solicitation or the subsequent contract that supersedes the failed Contract. C. The Department will supply fluorescent tubes and bulbs, hand soap, all paper products, and garbage bags.
