The successful contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the following work: 1. Roof Sheeting o Remove and replace all metal roof panels o Replacement panels shall be of the same type, gauge, and profile, or an approved equivalent o All replacement materials shall be compatible with the existing roof system 2. Structural Repairs o Inspect and repair any structural components supporting the roof sheeting, including but not limited to purlins, framing, fasteners, or bracing o Ensure the structure is sound and capable of properly supporting the repaired roof system 3. General Requirements o All work shall be performed in a neat, workmanlike manner o Contractor shall protect existing structures and surrounding property during construction o Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of all debris generated by the work
