1. System Requirements The selected bidder shall provide: • A complete fixed LPR camera system capable of capturing and reading license plates across: - Three (3) lanes of eastbound traffic - Three (3) lanes of west bound traffic - One entrance ramp - One exit ramp • Cameras must provide reliable plate capture under all lighting and weather conditions • Bidder shall include all necessary equipment, installation, software, network connectivity hardware (if applicable), and mounting systems. 2. Power Option Comparison • Vendors must provide a comparison between: - Fixed power, utility-connected LPR camera systems - Solar-powered LPR camera systems • Comparison must include: - Equipment differences - Reliability and up-time statistics - Maintenance requirements - Environmental suitability - Estimated operational cost over 1, 3, and 5 years - Installation differences and limitations
