The work consists of remodeling existing toilet rooms, drinking fountain, interior ramp, doors, breakroom sink, and reception counter to make them ADA Compliant. Converting (E) sally port to a gym with patio. Work includes removing existing non-bearing walls, doors, millwork, plumbing fixtures and light fixtures, and building new non-bearing walls, providing new doors/frames/hardware, providing new light fixtures, modifying plumbing and providing new plumbing fixtures, and providing new millwork. It also involves modifying an existing interior ramp, and exterior concrete work for the ramp and patio at the new gym (sally port) at the Burlingame Police Department at 1111 Trousdale Drive, Burlingame, CA 94010.
