It is the intent of the State Fiscal Accountability Authority (SFAA), Division of Procurement Services (DPS), to solicit offers from qualified vendors and establish a contract to provide Athletic Trademarking and Licensing Services for the College of Charleston (COC). The Contractor will act as the College’s exclusive agent to license the use of Indicia in such manner as to preserve the integrity, character, and dignity of the College and maintain the reputation of the Indicia as designating high quality merchandise. The Indicia and the College interest therein will be protected by means of, but not limited to, on-site audits of licensees and on-site visits to retailers. Contractors are invited to submit a comprehensive technical solution, including licensing and maintenance, implementation plan, ongoing support, and pricing proposal that meets the College requirements and satisfies all terms of this RFP.
