The successful Vendor will be responsible for providing all necessary tools, parts, equipment, and labor to perform inspections and preventative maintenance on the County’s Duraflex diving boards, diving stands, and associated accessories. Repairs and replacements shall be billed at an hourly labor rate, with replacement parts and equipment invoiced at cost, including applicable freight charges. Inspections and preventative maintenance shall include, but are not limited to, the following tasks: • Providing detailed reports on equipment conditions along with recommendations. • Cleaning and adjustments of diving boards and stands. • Lubricating the roller black using Mystic JT-6 grease or an equivalent product. • Lubricating hinges. • Tightening carriage bolts to maintain a torque of 110 ft-lbs. • Assessing the condition of handrails.
