The City of Philadelphia (“City”), through the Office of Public Safety (OPS), is seeking qualified applicants to support a comprehensive human trafficking prevention and response initiative. Funded services may include: • the creation and dissemination of a culturally responsive public awareness campaign on human trafficking, (with funding of up to $200,000) • the provision of mobile, survivor-centered case management and coordinated resource support for survivors of human trafficking, (with funding of up to $150,000) • the delivery of training and education for City departments and the business community on best practices to prevent, identify, and respond to sex and labor trafficking, (with funding of up to $150,000)
