The work herein provided for includes the furnishing of one (1) horizontal grinder, one (1) excavator with a sheer, one (1) excavator with grapple/or thumb, one (1) front wheel loader with 3-yard bucket, and sufficient trained/skilled labor to operate the equipment. The Town is requesting unit price per cubic yard for the reduction of wood waste debris associated with seasonal weather storms throughout the year. The Town is not able to provide estimated quantities due to unforeseen category or severity of actual storm events. All wood debris shall be removed from the property and disposed of in accordance with all applicable local, state and federal permits/regulations. Any debris that is not suitable for grinding and that is co-mingled with the wood waste shall be separated from the waste stream and stockpiled for disposal by Contractor.
