Nassau County Board of County Commissioners (“BOCC” or “County”) is seeking Bids from qualified Bidders for sidewalk drainage improvements at the Nassau County’s Sheriff’s Office Administration building located at 77151 Citizens Circle, Yulee, FL 32097. The project consists of drainage improvements and additions to fortify the safety of the sidewalk for pedestrian use. These upgrades and improvements include "New Trench Drain & ADA Complaint” grates that vary in size and dimension (14 callouts per plan). Currently, there is a low spot with an elevation of 19.2 ft that needs to be raised and meet the ADA requirements. Various sections of concrete are to be removed and re-poured to meet the proper elevations. Additionally, there is a raised curb that is to be removed and stabilized.
