A. The contractor is to provide labor and material for services described as concrete and masonry work, and concrete and masonry repairs. B. The contract will be written for as needed or emergency type services that may include but are not limited to flat work, sidewalks, driveways, aprons, curbing, footings, block, brick, and repairing or replacing damaged or existing concrete or masonry. C. To include fabrication, raising, construction, mixing, batching, and/or installation of concrete and related concrete products, the construction of forms, placing and erection of steel wire or rods for reinforcing and application of other cement related products. D. To include: construction by cutting, and/or laying of all of the following brick, block, or forms: architectural, industrial, and refractory brick, all brick substitutes, clay and concrete blocks, terracotta, thin set or structural quarry tile, glazed structural tile, gypsum tile, glass block, clay tile, natural stone, and any incidental works, as required in construction of the masonry work. E. Work may require a written quote and approval prior to starting work.
