ontractor shall provide Canyon Springs’ department with an initial inventory of microfiber cleaning cloths, dust mop heads, microfiber wet mop heads, microfiber flat mop heads. There will be an auto replenish on mop heads, cleaning towels, flat mop heads and requested textiles. Upon implementation of the agreement, Contractor shall provide Canyon Springs with an initial inventory of industry standards quality bar mop cleaning cloths, 36” fiberlock dust mop heads, microfiber wet mop heads, microfiber flat mop heads and requested textiles per Exhibit B on a two day a week basis, or more frequently if needed. Contractor shall deliver a supply of clean items and pick up used/dirty items. Contractor will be expected to provide an adequate supply of clean items to last through the week. Contractor will replenish requested textiles, cleaning cloths, dust mop heads, wet mob heads and flat mop heads as the items degrade and are no longer useable (“auto replenishment”). In case of emergencies which accelerate the routine number of items used in a week, Contractor will be expected to be able to make additional deliveries as requested by Canyon Springs during the term July 01, 2026, through June 30, 2029.
