Contractor shall provide CAL FIRE with the removal and disposal of hazardous waste materials stored in tanks and 55-gallon drums. Contractor shall provide all personnel, labor, tools, equipment, materials, permits, license, fees and documentation necessary for the removal and disposal of waste items at the listed state operated facilities. Waste items to include: 1) Non-RCRA waste 2) Liquid (waste oil, Hydraulic and Transmission Fluids) 3) Waste Coolant 4) Waste Anti-Freeze 5) Paint 6) Flammable Debris 7) Wash Rack Pumping 8) Used Oil/Fuel Filters 9) Oil Absorbents 10) Waste Solvents C. Services for waste oil only shall be performed no less than every 90 days, as needed per Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. Service may be required more often and if so, will be upon service call from the CAL FIRE Project Representative. If additional calls are made sooner than 90 days, the 90-day cycle can resume from the additional service call. Remainder of services will be by call from the project manager or designated employees at the service locations. Contractors shall respond within 72 hours of service calls. D.
