The Contractor shall perform all the Work required by the Contract and each Work Authorization for various project including specifications, drawings or other technical data provided under the contract entitled MC–0322362 – HVAC Mechanical and Plumbing Portwide Unit Price 2025-2. The Work includes but is not limited to the following: Mechanical, Plumbing and HVAC work for various locations at SeaTac International Airport and Seaport properties. Within 72 hours (3 business days) of receiving written request from the Port of Seattle, the Contractor shall furnish all cost estimates, which shall contain estimates for labor, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to perform work as required by the Work Authorization (WA). Work will generally be requested on a day by day or weekly basis, but emergency response capability is also required.
