The bid price will include the complete demolition of each structure to include the structure and all contents within the structure or attached thereto the structure or sitting or erected between the structures. This shall include the demolition of all above ground items as associated with each structure. No below ground work or removal of foundations or substructures is required, as the subsurface of the property cannot be disturbed. D. The selected contractor shall be responsible for the cutoff and removal of all electric, phone, and water utility lines as associated with the structures, whereas applicable. This shall require the Contractor to coordinate with each Utility company and the County/City in order to facilitate the disconnect of these utility services and then the contractor removing and capping these utilities above ground.
