The Commonwealth is soliciting bids for the furnishing and delivery of one (1) 2027 Tri-Axle Dump Truck with Dump Bed for the Pennsylvania Game Commission, as detailed in Bid Specification Section. The Purchase order will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with the Commonwealth reserving the right to make a single award or award by line item if deemed in its best interest. • All vehicles supplied under this contract must be manufactured in North America (United States, Canada, or Mexico). • A substantial majority of the vehicle’s principal components must be assembled in a North American assembly plant. • The contractor must provide proof, upon request, that the vehicle meets the requirements of the Motor Vehicle Procurement Act (62 Pa. C.S. §§ 3731–3736).
