Professional Geotechnical, Construction/Materials Testing and Indoor Air Quality Continuing Contract Services for various school related projects in the following areas of expertise: • Geotechnical Engineering Services • Construction and Materials Testing Services • Indoor Air Quality Services The various services shall include, but not be limited to, the capability to provide: soil and geotechnical testing, analysis, reporting and consulting services; concrete inspection, testing and reporting; asphalt inspection, testing and reporting; structural steel inspection, testing and reporting; materials inspection, testing and reporting; radon and asbestos testing and reporting; Indoor Air Quality and other facilities related testing and reporting (mold, bacteria, lead, etc.); water and wastewater sampling and reporting; and, threshold and structural type inspections and reporting.
