There are nine (9) lots of audio-visual equipment that the District can award on a per lot basis or all or none for the lots whichever is in the best interest to the District. The successful bidder must submit a letter from the manufacturer certifying that the bidder is authorized to sell, service and warrant items offered on this bid. Submitting alternative products, the bidder must submit comprehensive comparisons between the product(s); the alternate(s) must meet or exceed the product specified in the bid with the differences highlighted.
