The City of Deltona is seeking bids from qualified and responsible contractors to provide all labor, material, equipment, tools, supplies and incidentals necessary to perform interior and/or exterior painting services. The Contractor must be certified and registered with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Services are to be provided on as needed basis. It is anticipated that this bid will be awarded to three companies (hereinafter referred to as “contractor”) at minimum, however the City reserves the right to award contracts as determined to best serve the interests of the City. The selected Contractor(s) shall be within a 50-mile radius of the City of Deltona. The intent of this bid is to procure Painting Services for projects less than $100,000.00. Painting services may be provided at various City facilities. Locations may include but are not limited to City Hall; various Public Works facilities to include water and wastewater plants and lift stations; fire stations; various Parks facilities and other City facilities as needed.
