The services Contractor shall perform consists of, but is not limited to, the following: All support and maintenance will be provided by the contractor onsite, with no remote access allowed. The Contractor shall perform services on the buildings Access Control System which is Stand-Alone, with no remote access or connections to any other networks. One-Time Services – Access Control Equipment Replacement Contractor shall perform the following: Local Door Controller Remove and replace four (4) card readers, sixteen (16) inputs and twelve (12) outputs. Replace four (4) failed local door controllers. Label existing cables. Safe off wires for board replacements. Re-terminate cables. Program changes for new controller. Test and verify good operation of the four (4) card reader door locations. Upgrade software Maxxess eAXxess card reader system software from version 4.7.2 to version 7.0.3 or higher (current version). Replace antiquated stand-alone desktop computers, monitors, keyboards and mice. Semi-Annual Services – Access Control Equipment Visual Inspection, system performance analysis, battery power supply checks, main power supply checks and inspections, cleaning of control components including the service key card system electronic components. Inspect and replace card readers and control panels if determined to be defective. Annual Services – Software Maintenance Install software updates, provide database management, system performance checks, perform backup and recovery and hardware inspection.
