The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to construct bicycle lanes along Greenbriar Blvd., from Aero Club Drive to Greenview Shores Blvd. The work includes, but is not limited to, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, subgrade preparation and stabilization, construction of the base course and asphalt surface, shoulder construction, tie-ins to existing facilities, curb & gutter, storm sewer system, pavement markings & signage, and restoration of all disturbed areas. All work shall be performed in accordance with the contract documents, applicable FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, FDOT Design Standards, the FDOT Local Agency Program (LAP) requirements, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
