3. SCOPE OF SERVICES The selected consultant may be called upon to provide services that include, but are not limited to: • Preparation of environmental assessments (EAs) and environmental impact statements (EISs) consistent with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). • Categorical exclusion (CATEX) documentation. • Biological assessments and endangered species coordination. • Wetlands delineation and permitting support. • Cultural and historic resources investigations in coordination with the State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO). • Air quality and noise analysis, including modeling. • Stormwater and water quality studies. • Hazardous materials investigations. • Floodplain management support, including preparation and completion of FEMA Letter of Map Amendments (LOMAs) or related applications for floodplain removal associated with airport property or projects. • Public involvement support. • Coordination with federal, state, and local agencies. • Comply with Order 1050.1G, Order 5050.4B, and DOT Order 5610.1D • Other environmental services may be required for airport development projects
