The objective and scope is to solicit, collect, synthesize and communicate stakeholder input regarding implementation progress, areas of improvement, and adherence to trauma informed, LGBTQIA+ affirming and culturally responsive practices of the Kinship Engagement, Family Group Planning and Referrals and Transitions systemic improvements under the D.S. Lawsuit and Settlement Agreement. The work consists of 3 phases. Phase 1 includes fully developing the project plan and obtaining the necessary approvals from DCYF Office of Innovation, Alignment and Accountability (OIAA) Research Review Committee (RRC) and the Washington State Institutional Review Board (WSIRB). Phase 2 consists of recruitment of participants and implementing a 60 day process for gathering stakeholder input and feedback. Phase 3 includes the analysis of data, completion of a written report and presentation of findings.
