1. Vendor must clearly identify capabilities and associated charges for Internet Access for the District. 2. Transition Plan - The District requires a transition plan to be provided with RFP submittals. The plan is to include the resources to be dedicated for the transition from one service provider to another, all costs associated with the transition, and a timeline for actions with a completion target date. The transition plan should identify customer and provider expectations along with the date any information or task would be required. 3. Service up-time of 99.9%. 4. The Internet connection should be dedicated and not shared with other customers. 5. Vendor must supply the District with at least 62 usable public IP addresses that are dedicated to the District. 6. Vendor must provide a primary contact number for all billing inquiries. 7. Vendor must provide a primary contact number and email address for technical support related inquiries and issues. 8. Response time to support tickets should be no more than 4 hours. 9. Internet access speeds will be 20 Gbps. 10. Solution must use a wired medium to provide Internet access. A solution which incorporates a wireless medium will not be accepted. 11. Any equipment needed to provide Internet access to the District will be provided by the vendor. This equipment will be installed, configured, and maintained by the vendor. 12. Any customer premise equipment needed will be installed onto a shared rack or cabinet inside a secure location at the District Data Center. 13. Any construction costs associated with wiring, conduit, pathways, drilling, tunneling, trenching, patching, city permits, etc. are the responsibility of the vendor and not the District. 14. Hand-off of the service connection will be via optical fiber (SFP+). 15. Vendor must supply the District with the necessary SFP+ modules. 16. All interfaces are standard LC 10 Gb Connections. To supply 20 Gb, circuit should be delivered as two 10 Gb circuits to be teamed. 17. Connection is to be delivered to the District Data Center located at 9144 Third Ave, Hesperia, Ca. 92345
