A. Routine service to be performed semi-annually with the first semi-annual service being performed within thirty (30) days of contract execution and every six (6) months thereafter. B. Contractor shall provide equipment capable of supplying at least 34,000 pounds of known weight. Known weight shall include at least 20,000 pounds of test weight. C. All work shall be unconditionally guaranteed for one (1) year barring any damage that is outside of the Contractor’s control. The warranty shall become effective when the State approves the completed work. D. All quotations for additional services not covered under this agreement are to be provided by the contactor at no cost to the State. E. Contractor shall take all necessary precautions to protect service locations. Any damage caused by Contractor to State equipment, materials, or other property shall be repaired or replaced by Contractor to the satisfaction of the State at no cost to the State. The State may, at its option, repair any damage and deduct from Contractor the cost thereof.
