. For facilities with AST's, annual testing requirements must be met. Contractor shall perform testing within the testing schedule of local agencies. B. For facilities with UST's, testing is required both annually and some components are required to be tested every three years. Contractor shall perform testing within the testing schedule of local agencies. C. Sites that have Healy Model 9961 Clean Air Separator and VST (Vapor System Technologies) Phase !I EVR (Enhanced Vapor Recovery) System with Veeder Root canister must perform testing in accordance with most current edition of CARB EO (Executive Order) 201 and EO 203. D. Testing of P/V (Pressure/Vacuum) caps within South Coast Air Quality Management District will be tested every three (3) years on both AST and UST. E. If required by local regulatory agencies, Overfill Prevention Equipment (OPE) Inspection will be performed every three (3) years. If performed on an unleaded fuel tank, vapor reverification is required for UST. F. Vapor recovery testing, TP-201.1C/D Drop Test and TP-201.3 Pressure Decay Test (ST-30) will be performed annually on UST. G. Vapor recovery testing shall be performed annually on AST. H. Sensors and probes on both the E-85 and Diesel tanks shall be tested annually. 1. All testing equipment must meet current calibrating requirements of each local implementing agencies. No compressed air testing shall be allowed. Inert gases shall be used in performing all tests. J. The CHP reserves the right to postpone and/or eliminate testing and certification, or any portion thereof, at any location. K. Contractor on the same day of service shall remove and properly dispose of any fluids used in the testing and certification process. L. If re-testing is necessary, upon completion of any repairs, the FC will contact the Contractor to notify the local implementing agency to coordinate a re-test of the fuel system.
