Design of phases 4 – 6 is nearly 50% complete. Design is not to be included in the BOT. Although the Design Team is contracted directly with the Owner and excluded from the BOT, the BOT Developer and Design Team must coordinate throughout the scoping phase to ensure alignment on scope, budget, and schedule.
